Fulfillment times may vary. You will receive a shipment notification when your order is shipped. Delays and damage by the mail carrier are events that are out of our hands, and we cannot offer refunds or returns due to such issues. However, please do contact us with pictures so we can help you determine how to help your new plant recover.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, but we are happy to work with you to address any concerns and do our best to make any mistakes right.
